Back in the year of 00, January. Carlo Branco came to earth in the small hospital of Los Santos Sandy Shores.
He had a rough child hood and his parents were pushing substances on the streets, just to provide for Carlo.
Carlo's parents eventually ended up living on the streets, and Carlo was sent to an orphanage.
Within the 14 Years of being there, he got tired and fed up of the care takers.
He ended up being taken into a family called La Cobra after a couple weeks.
He was mainly into small stuff like shoplifting at stores and selling them for profit.
Many of his so called family were corrupt EMS employee's, thus being, Carlo started looking up to them and admiring the stuff they are doing.
Eventually after a couple years Carlo got Accepted into EMS and did the duty of an EMS employee.
Until the past couple months, Carlo has been missing wanting to Join in on his friends out at ghetto.

Carlo Branco started working for "Unofficial people, and gangs" Such as selling substances and shoplifting for them, Carlo Wanted something more
Thus being he applied for Los Santos Emergency Medical Services, he wished to become somebody who was helping people, but also providing for his friends back in the ghetto.
Carlo Was accepted. His life goal was finally accomplished, the dream of selling pills and earning money was all he wanted, until
He saw the real world in EMS.
He never stole a single pill cause he noticed that citizens of Los Santos Were in urgent need of them, then came the situation that changed it all
His father got sick and turned to critical condition, now Carlo has the oposite thought, and wishes to help his father. Also to help his friends back In vagos and throughout the ghetto

1- Be able to do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Must still follow server rules)
