Fredrick was born and raised in Badiraguato municipality, an impoverished and remote area of Sinaloa state in northwestern Mexico that was the birthplace of many notorious drug traffickers. He endured much physical abuse at the hands of his mother. His mother Loreen once threw acid into Fredricks left eye; causing him to suffer permanent eye loss, his eye was later replaced with a glass prosthetic with a built-in camera and small sd card. After suffering much abuse, Fredrick moved in with his father when he was 10. Growing up with only his father, he was taught him many skills that has been the backbone of his successful criminal life. When Fredrick was young his father Miguel who is a notorious crime boss and hitman taught him the necessary firearm, interrogation, business and drug smuggling skills. Throughout his life Fredrick has had an extreme interest in business, small arms, heavy weaponry and the drug trade. When Fredricks father was arrested and sent to prison for life at age 55, he handed the leadership of Sinaloa over to Fredrick in order for Sinaloa to continue its operation.
Career Story:
Fredrick began his criminal career in the early stages of his life due to the skills he learned from his father. As a child he shadowed his father exceptionally closely. He had many jobs within his father's criminal empire, such as an enforcer and and the main manager of the weapon and drug smuggling operations. When his father was sent to prison for life, he decided to take the opportunity that his father gave him to continue operating one of the largest crime syndicates ever known. Sinaloa. Fredrick knew that he had to expand Sinaloa beyond the limits of Mexico. He decided the best place to base the operation was in Los Santos. One of the reasons for this was due to state corruption being extremely accessible and cheap. He used his ties of state corruption to land a position as an undersheriff. While his time as an undersheriff Fredrick began to realize that he could use his position to take out the strong gang competition of Sinaloa. Further allowing him to grow his money laundering, gun and drug smuggling operations as well as increase the wealth of his family. Fredrick is known to take bribes from low-level criminals that are no competition to his operation. Fredricks top priority is to protect his close friends, colleagues in the police department, and members of Sinaloa. Frequently pulling ties to lower and sometimes free the criminals from his organization.
Outcomes:
1- Due to his eye injury, Fredrick is able to record from his glass eye. (with rp commands, it has a built in micro-sd card)
