Approved CL, VDM and Shooting EMS by 38959 and 71652

As u can see they kept on VDMing us and started shooting us and when we knocked the first guy off he Combat Logged and the second guy (Driver) was still VDMing us and then started shooting us LSPD officers and EMS too without saying anything and when i am about to finish them off my game crashed

could of been speaking about after being knocked uncon which isnt meta and clip doesnt need to be 1 minute if it shows the rule breaks properly which is does

Your right! but also the clip does not show that me and ID 71652 started the gunfire. No Proof of that unless it was longer and showed the start of the situation, still a semi valid report though.
