Nixie Lancer was born to a family that was unable to care for her financially and put her up for adoption a few weeks after birth. She grew up with her adopted family in Los Santos. Her adoptive parents always abused her mentally as a child. She joined a gang when she was 13 opening her eyes to a new dark and twisted world. During her time in the gang, she was given advanced weapons and driving training to out run the cops. After 8 months of training, Nixie was getting physically abused by her adoptive parents because she snuck out late at night to go to a party with her new friends. After she arrived back home, she went to her room pulled out her gun hidden under her bed and killed both her adoptive parents which spiraled her into having mental health issues and getting in trouble with police in Los Santos. After 3 years, she decided to leave her gang life behind and get help with her mental health issues. she spent 1 year getting over her mental health issues and decided she wanted a fresh start in a new city.
The city she decided to move to Paleto. While she was there, she started doing basic jobs and eventually became a taxi driver. During her time as a taxi driver, She met an SAHP officer who were looking for a taxi cab serial killer. The name of the killer was Stan Whitehead, a good friend of Nixie and introduced her to the city. She couldn't believe it and didn't know what to do.While she was working as an electrician she decided to make the good decision and help out the FIB who would eventually catch and arrest Stan. After this event, it became Nixie's dream to be apart of SAHP and help catch the most wanted criminals in Los Santos and Paleto Bay. She didn't know where to start but, sfhe heard from other taxi drivers about a SAHP recruitment drive coming up. So he applied and got and interview and was approved to become a officer at SAHP where she is currently working. As she tries to gains as much experience as possible and help keep the citizens of Los Santos Safe from criminals.

- Due to her advanced weapons training in the Los Santos gang, Nixe has the ability to use any weapon allowed on duty and any weapon picked up off of the ground
- Due to her advanced driving training and outrunning many cops in Los Santos, Nixie has the ability to outrun anyone chasing or following her by off roading
- During his time as an electrician ,Nixie created a solar powered battery that she can use to have a 2nd body cam that is small and hidden attached to her shirt that is on 24/7 uploading to SAHP Servers prove that someone is breaking the laws
