as you can see in the pov the car in front of me has a hostage ID number 42 goes up and fully blocks the road in which they broke rule 1.9 he then proceeded to yell and tell my guys to get out of the car and began spraying his weapon into the vehicle and so did the rest of FIB on scene completely disregarding the well being of the hostage

Hi, ID 42 here, id like to let you know that this is not a event as you can see you are not participating in a red circle or any event whatsoever, the hostage remained completely safe and made it out with a single scratch, id like to also let you know that no one was aiming a weapon at the hostage and even if they were it was 2 people not 1. I also have a corrupt BIO that allows me to even kill the hostage if I wanted to and the rest of FIB had nothing to do with my bio or corruptness they just backed a fellow officer up because I was being shot at.


Once again it is not a event therefore event rules 1.9 do not count

You may not ever fully block a way of passage even if it isn’t a event and there were multiple people there who began shooting into the car and in the general direction of the vehicle

Show me a rule that explains that you cannot block the road if its not an event and even then the road was not blocked off fully.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.​

• Event rules 1.9 states: It is forbidden to block the entrance by barricades or cars. You must leave free pass that people can go through by driving cars. This situation is NOT an event thus it's impossible to break an event rule.​
• In regards to No Fear RP I do not see where this would come into play. The vehicles are extremely slow moving so ID 42 should not have to fear as he is not in imminent danger. In regards to the hostage they are ALONE in the backseat of a vehicle without guns on them. I have seen the full scene pan out and hostage is completely safe at the end.​
