1. Leader of SAHP
Thanks For reviewing my application as I put a lot of effort on this
2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
As this my first organization when I was new to the city and worked hard in this organization SAHP and get a all ranks line-by line and worked more than 6 terms and learnt everything which belongs to SAHP and I tried other organization's which did not gave me any happiness and but in this had lot of fun and I enjoyed every second I am in this amazing organization and that's the reason why I have decided today to apply as the new Sheriff of the SAHP.
Divisions:
People in organization's should have powerful name's which give's them more than more respect As when i was cadet (probie in this term) i watched many corruptions in front of me they count me as a bot and no one take cares of their department's they just slightly come and get their pay checks
and I waited more than 20days to complete my trainings HRT is too low maintenance I need change them like this seen below
HRT:
In past HRT is know as RS (recruitment specialist) it is very professional to hear that but FIB changed RS identify HRT and followed the change and I have observed many probie's standing at HQ and only selling insurances but they did go to patrol and do not complete their minimum requirement for FTP as HRT is negligence and directly give's them a higher ranks and make ORG down so I gonna take special interest on HRT and dont let my ORG to be down for silly reason's done by non trained higher up's
Internal affairs:
Main part in any LEO ORG's and should maintain people disciplined while speaking to their higher up's and increase some rule's while searching trunks and logs and people check I gonna take special interviews for selecting a chief for IA and IA should be strong and show more activeness in that as I see people in IA dont know to search trunk and logs too but they are IA member and IA should have a test if they need to join IA and chief should show more activeness
PR:
Take's lead in city as need to conduct events from SAHP to Los santos people to get them a good impression on SAHP and help them in buying their insurances by participating in events from SAHP and every citizen should say SAHP ON TOP!
Negotiations team:
As this should be return as there is no proper RP in store's and hostage situations as I said people who get's HC without training's take negotiations and they dont how to do it and in between FIB takes lead this I it change by brining back this department and training people for negotiation's and there should no mark on SAHP (SAHP should be on top) and it stays on top
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organisation.
Now days there is no proper RP in any situations like store, hostages and in any crime activity we just go there they request money we say ok just give them and completes the situation in less than5mins The RP should improve here by taking lead in negotiation's team and expand RP in situation's
The First way to improve the RP is to make sure all the SAHP officers put all SAHP rules in perfect use.
No one is responsible with RP commands like /me /do fix this situation by increasing rules and should have fear on there jobs
