Leader Of National Guard
1) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have been in NG for a long time now achieving Head of IA/HR/FTO and even Under-deputy (Chief of Staff) so I have great knowledge about how everything is done from bottom to top.
As EN3 is coming out I would like to grow NG and keep the LEOS active with Ammo Runs, Situation back-up and more!
I have many friends, former colleagues and more that would love for me to lead this organization and being out the full potential in the org.
2) My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
Due to EN 03 just coming out I will create many unique departments to begin National Guard.
Communicating is key in National Guard so I will make sure I have a good connection between all orgs including gangs.
Adding more RP events within NG as some times the events are dead.
Hosting daily trainings, meetings and licensing checks!
Adding a bonus system to make soldiers do more work. (5x Training = $10k+)
