1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I would like the opportunity to be an admin for the EN3 server so I can utilize my past experiences as an admin to offer strong support from the start and to continue my involvement with Grand RP. I spent the last 8 months as an admin and EMS Curator for EN2 and had the pleasure of seeing that server grow from Day 1 to where it is now. It is vital to have a strong team upon releasing a new server, and I feel that my experience, track record, and professionalism would help to strengthen the foundation of admins in EN3 in collaboration with others. I would love to become involved again and use the knowledge I've gained to assist in any capacity for EN3.

-Excellent written and verbal skills in English
-Strong organizational skills
-Team/staff management
-Problem solving/critical thinking
-Ability to learn new tasks and information quickly

Over-explaining myself.
