I go up to buy gas, find out I don't have enough money to fill up completely. You can see 231840 behind me at 0:21. I check the map to find a bank and 231840 rams me out of my slot at the gas pump. I then try to get his attention and tell him he's committing VDM (which wasn't accurate, it was ramming). So then I proceed down the road to the bank, and 231840 starts following me and rams me off the road. I then catch up to him to tell him he's "on bodycam", which then he leaves me alone. That's all of the incident, I just included what I did in-game afterwards to show that I wasn't trying to get vengeance and was just minding my own business getting gas.
