Life story: Nayak grew up in an orphanage in his home country the United States, He doesn't know who his parents are, In a health check-up he got know that he had a very rare condition called Highly superior autobiographical memory because of it he can even remember a very small incident of his life or any other things, He will have fantastic memory power and can remember anything just by listening/seeing once. He is the topper of his school and college. He studied Criminology, Electronical engineering, and software engineering. He is well-trained in martial arts, and kickboxing, and because of it he is not just intelligent but also very strong in physical fights.
Career story: He started his career in FIB as a Junior Agent, He learned everything quickly due to his memory power, and intelligence. He started meeting new people and became friends with them, In his FIB journey he met a guy called Tenja Garliee and became a very good friend with him, As he continues his journey he gained more knowledge about how all the ORGs work and stuff like that. He learned a lot from his senior Luffy Never, By tagging along with him in Gang Raids, Store Robberies, Black market raids, FZ raids, Family raids, and many more missions. He learned about every single mission in less than a month, Everyone is surprised after seeing his wonderful work, He became an 00 agent in FIB in less than 2 months, Then Luffy Never got transferred to NG, and Nayak also followed him, Nayak got Colonel rank due to his past experiences, and his intelligence.
Outcomes:
1- Nayak will do anything for family and close friends, therefore he may release them out of cuffs without charges, and aide them in an escape.
2- Nayak can search and destroy any bodycams he finds on an individual (/try)
3- Nayak can accept Bribes from 10-15s in his custody for their freedom.
4- Nayak can Confiscate Illegal items off his 10-15s after an active shootout and can keep the illegal items and reuse them while on duty.
5- Nayak may keep illegal Guns and illegal amounts of ammo in his vehicles, and he may use them while on duty.
