All in povs you can see we have two hostages and they opened fire on us after we took out one hostage who wasnt complying and fear rp the whole time we even advised them "step back before we kill the other one too" then we started to head inside to get the other hostage who was still at gun point and they opened fire on everyone completely avoiding the hostages life.

Regarding LEO's as they haven't initiated the death of the hostage, and you killing the hostage after he stopped doing fear rp and was listening to your demands which lead to the whole shooting while LEO's having 0 sight on where the second hostage is, and POV's provided not showing where the second hostage is LEO's won't receive a warning
