General Rule 6.12 applies to when an EMS employee is on-duty. You were not on-duty during this interaction. Additionally, you never attempted to identify yourself as an EMS employee to them, so they would have no IC knowledge that you are in EMS.

If ID 372 has POV of being harassed on-duty, she may file a complaint with her own POV so the entire RP situation can be reviewed.
