Rejected insult, attack for no reason / 9115

Hello dear admins, i was in the hq of my gang and suddenly a member of my gang started to attack and insult me i got a pov and after i told him to stop hitting me he didnnt listen and he kept hitting me till i die thats why i shoot him a few times hoping he would run away but he didnt. After i get unconscious he killed me directly and sent me to the hospital. Can you help with this?
