I was Alt+Tabbed doing some stuff outside the game when I get hit by a taxi. I thought it's ok, can happen.
He was aiming at me and I took it as a joke but then this taxi driver started shooting.

"6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN"
