FIB gave demands to leave, and also had reason to shoot (threatened life when being ran over). However, there was blantant mixing, fail rp, provoking, and VDM from 6671, and 3 agents from FIB will receive a punishment for PG, therefore:

ID 6638 Will receive a punishment for PG
ID 6361 Will receive a punishment for PG
ID 3427 Will receive a punishment for PG
ID 6671 Will receive a punishment for Mixing
ID 6671 Will receive a punishment for Fail RP (speaking whilst unconscious)
ID 6671 Will receive a punishment for Provoking
ID 6671 Will receive a punishment for VDM
FIB as a whole will receive a verbal warning from this situation
