Rejected VDM and posible cheats / 6908

I was going for the parashutes when suddenly a guy VDM's me before he kills me so there is the first proof. Also i did not RDM him, in the first seconds i gave demands, you can even see me using my microphone and if he shows his POV you wil hear me its just a bug with my recording.
The reason why i think he is health cheating is because i hit him 70 in the head and then 50. He did not have a bodyarmor and did not have the time to heal as you can see.
And if you go to 0:39 and pause at an exact point you will se him having full healh after i hit him for 50 damage. He was VDMing me and is clearly health cheating.
