Reviewed Biased Decision | NG curators

Dear admins,
today(Yesterday) there was NG interview which NG curator (Jayden Hill) Postponed to today and i dont have any problem with that and then he did not do interview at time and then an admin named Finley Newton came and did my interview and idk if he is NG curator and tbh it does not matter but from the time i joined interview room he was kinda acting like he does not want to take my interview and forcefully taking it cuz he was pausing in between , asking same questions like 3 times again and again but still i answered his all questions correctly as i think and i know but after the interview he that he will let us know the results and then after 2-3 mins John spector joined waiting room and told Rao Dev got NG leadership and he told me to DM Finley Newton if i want to know if i answered any question incorrect but then i tried to dm him but he straight ignored me , i tried to tag him in grp main dc and he ignored me there to but he was typing message there after that i dmed Jayden Hill about it , he told that i did well but i did not get because of my past leadership term, here comes the problem.

1) I completed the term properly without disbanding
2) Maybe i was not active that much cuz i was having Irl exams and my exams ended now so i can be more active

i told it to Neron Hill also but he told me that he cant trust me for leadership term, wdym , i did not do any big rule break , as i remember i did one UB solar plantation mistakenly throughout the whole term and our discord got nuked 2 times which is not my fault as we cant know anyone's mentality and i dont what was my fault over here for which Mr. Neron cant trust me for leadership , please do something for this....

Idk what is wrong with Mr. neron cuz first when i applied for sahp he rejected saying " lack of trust " Now again same thing

And if you tell me a single question which i answered wrong you can reject this forum

And i had 4-5 terms experience of ng and i told him brief plan of making ng active but rejecting for previous term, ngl it's not acceptable for anyone and when you've completed your previous term not disband while people who get disbanded gets chance to be leader... No offense but the behavior show by Mr. Neron (Senior Curatr:State) was not expected , when the org got nuked how it can be only leader fault? and he is saying you have give high command people who you trust? then guys will call it favouritism and the guy was pretty good and was in sahp from before and got his rank but he did many mistakes which leaded him to strikes and his friend who was also from almost starting got offended and nuked the discord and after that Neron told that he will remove manage roles and channels perms from every roles, and he did not remove that from Lieutenant rank which resulted in 2nd nuke, and he was saying its my fault , i mean if you say something that you will do and then you forget to do that and if anything bad happens wont it be your fault?
and about activity, Bobby Pluxury if you check old ghetto patrol and new , i mean all gp logs you can see we had more units that NG and sometimes more than LSPD even Event log which got deleted in 2nd nuke and he is saying org was not active? does he need 100 member attending an event? will it be active? pls look into it chief

Answers Given By Neron is Completely Correct and Fair, Having Deputies that you Trust is not Favouritism, its simply having people that you trust to help you maintain the org, Org being Nuked/attacked by some one that Received access falls under Leaders Responsibility, so everything was Completely Fair and I dont see a Biased Decision maid by the admins, Both did Good on Interviews, Difference was he did not have past History of Inactivity or His org being Nuked and you did Twice, and it comes to admins decision to decide to give you a chance or him and the admin decided to give him a chance at it.
