• ID 43172 will be punished for Fail Rp(Stealing cash without speaking) since he didn't provide a proof of mic glitch within the given time frame.
• ID 70985 will be punished for Metagaming (using discord to call friend for help when unconscious).
Vagos will also receive a verbal since ID 43172 is a deputy of the org.
No other punishments. They can pick up guns even if other gang member is issuing demands to drop items from inv.
There's no proof from your side which shows that they were involved in a third party app(for example discord vc) to Metagame.
