I stopped on the side of the road because my car ran out of gas. I was expecting my friend not to bring a canister. I've been waiting in the same place for almost the last 10 minutes. Then came the id 9087. The IC handcuffed me for no reason. He searched me and confiscated the "people scanner". I have not received any calls or suspicious transactions. I've never seen him in IC before. I want him to be punished for his mistake and return my people scanner.
