Approved OOC insult I 1808

so this guy was like learn rules u idiot witch switches the IC situation to OOC bc he mentioned rules like OC rules and then started insulting I know I insulted him as well but it was only dumb and he came with worst words than that will ever be

Quite confused for this report, all insults i had said were IC the only time I had switched to ooc was to call you out on your rulebreak, IC had been brought back after your last comment of LMAFO believing that to be the end of the conversation, after that nothing ooc insulting was said. ID 1808 will receive a punishment for mixing during an IC situation and OOC insults. ID 25473 will be punished for OOC insults
You guys were insulting eachother and 1808 was mixing by saying read the rules
