So when i was getting processed i had asked for a lawyer and they flat out refused and say it's too late... Please request their bodycam as i didnt have full. The arrest was 30 seconds before i asked for a lawyer and i got arrested in DOC. They never read me my rights or anything went straight to processing me. They never gave me a fine just added wanted stars also. POV is split into 2 as I had captured the last 10 minutes and it shows in next video me capturing last 10 minutes.
IDS are 16055 and 7663. They both refused to give me a lawyer and said that I was already being processed but if you look up my name Johnathan_Gacy in pda you can see they had never fined me for this incident and ONLY gave me wanted stars and in this clip there is no wanted stars yet, aka they never processed me yet. Please ask for their pov of this event as you can see they never read me rights or fined me and refused lawyer call
Edit- Apparently they did give me a fine, LONG after i asked for a lawyer so still standing corrupt without a bio.

In my POV you can notice multiple things.

First of all, at 01:12 you can see that guy abusing a glitch or cheating in some way to avoid teasing. He was teased in all our 3 POVs so definitely he used something to get out of it which leads to a permanent ban.

The guy with ID 21546 was clearly in a Fail RP situation as well as shooting in a GZ.

Back to the fake FIB, when I told him It is too late to call a lawyer that is because the officer who was processing him was already getting the right PC for that situation and seconds away from giving the first ticket. During all that time, he didn't say a word about wanting a lawyer.

In all of that chaos sadly we forgot to read him his rights as so much was going on in our heads to know how to perfectly deal with the situation. Even tho it's still an IC mistake.

After one minute he was released with bail from his lawyer. Okay, I want to see the POV of him calling his lawyer from inside the cell. Also, I want to see the contract between him and his lawyer and between the other prisoner and the same lawyer. Otherwise, it will lead to MG.

I would like to add one more thing, at the end of the POV you can see him spitting at us twice. You deal with that

And Darkov by the way I see you are being too active about his thread and his case against us while my thread against Johnathan is still open and not reviewed yet, that's great.

at this time stamp we can clearly see an edit cut which is cropping out me asking for a lawyer, that is deceiving admins which is a ban.

You blatantly, BLATANTLY used my "134" id to ask for my ic id because you knew damn well i wasn't a cop. You never once asked any other cop at doc to see their id but you did so to me because you were METAGAMING. If that id wasnt above my head you would've NEVER asked to see my IC id and i really really hope darkov takes this into consideration as people like you ruin proper rp.
Also for me "using cheat or glitch" it is not a cheat nor a glitch, im not sure why or how I got back up but I believe it has something to do with the drugs i took. Can clearly see no cheats. I've spent over $3000 on this city alone, wouldn't use a cheat on this game.

The fact you even mentioned the other thread against me just shows that you metagamed to ask for my id. Me and my family member went there to attempt to do a prison break as he had a usb with a virus and we've never done one before and you ruin it by MG. Please stop making accusations up when you guys play like this to ruin others fun.

EDIT: Here's proof we used family radio for getting my family member to get me to lawyer out of jail.

Actually, your ID is not in my head cause I see hundreds of people like you every day as its the part of my duty. I don't recognize IDs and I don't pay attention to them. The only reason I asked you for your ID is because of your consistent demand to talk to him BEFORE we put him in jumpsuit. You mentioned twice or so that you want to talk to him in the middle of our process BEFORE we put him in jail. That was so sus. Plus this eventful week of you and other guys impersonating FIB agents all the time so we got cautious about it and always asked FIB agents for their IDs.

I didn't know it was you the same guy until you posted the thread here haha.

These images are not enough proof. You have to be calling your lawyer and describing the situation to him. Plus I still need to see the contracts of you and your buddy.
