I rolled up to the post office and left my car outside. First saw ID:2438 at the NPC. Didn't give him keys or anything to my vehicle. Walked out and noticed my car gone so I started tracking it on my phone and noticed it moving. Got a friend of mine to drive me and ended up at the hospital where I found my car. Waited to see who took my car and saw ID 2438 and 55966 get in my car and drive away. I kept tracking the car and found it abandoned by the FIB building. Proof of insurance and ownership is at the end of the video below.
