Zee Gucci | 7904, when step out from his car. I saw a gun he have. And he take out his gun in green zone. So I go for him and ask his passport many times. And he didn't show. Then I take out his personal information. He don't have any active gun license and so I put him in cuffs. He tried to scare me that FIB will get a warning and it will disband. But I continue, read his rights as well. When I take him inside DOC. He got Code A to save himself from all the following charges I was going to give him:
(1) Failure to comply
(2) Carrying any kind of weaponry
(3) Carrying gun without having licenses

Sorry, I didn't pay attention on my recorder menu. Its not recording my audio. But you can hear his all replies, I questioned from him.

i dont have much information about leo job, but i think you shouldnt press g and check the car's owners, because, i think you doing metagaming, you cant do that in real life(when you look to a car, you cant press G) so, you should check the plate, then you should search that plate in your PDA, then you can write a fine. i think its self reporting and if any state curator see my message, please give information to me if i am wrong, or punish this guy. because in this way, they writing fine fastly.

for example, he going to hospital at 6.50, he going to the wrong parking cars and press g->3 so he check the owner and taking ss from that screen or he taking note to his other screen, then he left from there, so, no one can do RP with this guy, this guy doing this job only for money, and i see so many guys in FIB like this guy, so you should punish these guys, you can start with this guy, i dont know who inviting them to FIB, but i thought they take a train when they entered, but in this case, we can see clearly this guy dont know anything about his job. Orgs employees can not improve their RP skills like this. and the other guys only hate them.
