Rejected 2364 insulting R-slur, looting mid fight and disrespecting NG in front off ALL Legal ORGS

First of all, this person was not wearing LEGAL ORGANISATION uniform in the middle of the submarine event. Secondly, he called me and other people retards 2x. Thirdly, he was looting in the middle of the combat situation, (also he does not have a written bio, which allows him to loot gang or family members in the middle of the event.) Ultimate point is that the person was insulting whole NG, in front of his SAHP leader and rest of the legal organisations. He was being very toxic and aggressive towards other legal departments.
