1.Leader of LSPD.
2.Why Do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
A. All my experience in LEO’s is built from LSPD, as I started working in LSPD in May 2022, worked very hard and I always was “the perfect employee”, and in less than 4 weeks of work I got high command, worked in it very hard, and then I got rank 28, then I was chosen as temporary chief, and I got Chief of Police in English 3 and did a really good job.
B. In my opinion LSPD isn’t an organization that makes a department for nothing, and based on my experience, I think LSPD going to need 5 departments, and these are the departments:
1.FTO: They’ll be the gate to join LSPD, as they’ll do interviews and train all the officers, and any mistake from any officer will be because of them, meaning of this, they’ll be an important department to make sure that LSPD doing their right job.
2.Internal Affairs: They’ll be the security of LSPD, they’ll make sure that all our units are active, make sure that all the officers have gun license and health insurance, not having any illegal items on them or in their cars, also, not breaking any law.
3.S.W.A.T: The LSPD wants these units to accomplish a lot for the country; they will prioritize robberies and banditries, and they will train the entire LSPD on how to deal with crises.
4.Detectives: Their main task will be to gather as much evidence as possible to apprehend those who attempt to make the city dangerous and difficult to live in, and they will be collaborating with the F.I.B.
5.Special Task Force: The main mission of that department is to be very aggressive department, I’ll make sure that it’s not a department for everyone, even if that causes it to not work directly from 1st day of my term, but I’m looking forward to making it a perfect department.
C. Los Santos will need a leader who is committed to laying a solid foundation for LSPD. With hours of experience and even more hours spent educating others in the field, I am well-versed in how to navigate this difficult impending journey.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
As I've learned from previous experience, I won't let anyone into LSPD without them receiving a full mark in an interview, I'll make sure everyone knows the rules, and I'll make sure that the interview gets harder with each rank, to ensure that at the end I don't have any high commands, but that I do have one of the best high commands teams in the English 3 server, and officers will be punished for making any small mistakes, punishments will begin from verbal warning till blacklisting depending on how big the mistake they’ve made.
