Approved Possible cheats + NLR | 15052 - 23356

I turned my POV on since the ID 15052 did NLR once before this, that is shown on my POV. There was only 1 minute and 30 secs, between the time he got sent to hospital. It seems weird since it takes u time to get urself patched up, possibly rent a car and then come back all the way to Beach Market, and when he gets back it looks like 2 guys TELEPORTING there since they just showed up out of nowhere. I don't think player had time to RELOG in 1min and 30 secs and even if he did that he wouldnt spawn there.

I mean 1 minute and 30 seconds between the time he got sent to hospital and he was already back at beach market
