2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)





Hello, I’ve worked in LSPD for a long time now, approximately 8 months in all the cities in a collective, On one of the best terms I was in ENG1 under Gabi Tosca as commander of detectives. I’m honored to serve in this organization as any rank, but I always have wanted to have my own command, I was mainly in charge of the evening shift and it was a great time for me to be active, we showed a huge number of active members, The key qualities that make me different from others are being consistent, and accountable. These qualities help people feel comfortable in approaching their leader for a variety of reasons and encourage trust in decisions. I gathered a lot of experience through the months now and I exactly know how to deal with stuff when it gets hard, LSPD not only needs a good leader but also a team that full-fills the needs of the organization, and I'm ready to provide that with my great deputies.







Experience, one thing that sets me apart from everyone is the experience I have with LSPD.



As long as I've been in the city, LSPD was my first choice, I've left a footprint of my work in SWAT and Detectives division in other cities and I know exactly what is needed to be a good officer.



I started as a rookie in Rangers term from ENG1, and since then I've climbed my way all up to the commander.





Work ethic and future mission.



My mission is to provide a maximum number of active people in the events. People should be active in the org if they are losing interest that will be under the leadership, so with the right team, we can do anything.



The work of commanders will be actively checked to be sure their work is good, the work of the division is vital so we can insure this. The IA department is vital so we will be site into have an initiative to reduce and eradicate favoritism as that can destroy a department.









3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.



As a leader, I’ll make sure to maintain peace and harmony between all the other legal orgs.



Undercover patrolling; Undercover patrolling will be a massive success to eliminate random firing and criminal activity.



We already have a good legal contract system and well-managed structure, What I will implement is more detective agents working with fib, fib, and used will be working together, fib being the higher authority, they will be taking charge of undercover bursts.
