i was on duty when i heard 10-10 , i went out side our HQ to find out what is going on , and when i arrived to the hospital ,i found a group of persons in front of it , some of them were illegally parked , i tried to speak with them , but as you can see , one of them rammed me with his car , not responding to my demands , also he rammed 2 other civilians in the middle of GZ ! and keep running and coming back ignoring that i can shoot him or kill him even arrest him , what kind of RP is this ?
