Why my id is banned ??? it says gen rule 1.4 breaking.

For your kind information I never played in anyother ID. Yes I have openned id Around 1 year agoo but never played with that ID. This is the only Main account of mine. Stop Blocking without justifying and stop ruining game experience. I have put lot of times and energy building my Id. This is not fair You ban my ID. I never played anyother ID execpt this, if I played I want Proov of that playing.

Fix my ID or I will leave GRP forever for this unnecessary claim.
