2.A. I do have the experience of leading, as I was an ex-Chief of Police twice (in EN1 I was ex temporarily chief) and in EN3 I was ex-Chief of Police, and I know how to deal with situations such as stealing from the warehouse, corruption, fights between members and most situations that can face the leader, also about National Guard, I've experiences from EN1, as US black commando and in EN3 as Colonel, and I really enjoyed both of the ranks.
2.B. I think being the National Guard leader is the opportunity to make positive changes in the country, such as making it more safe, by providing the other legal orgs weapons and ammo, also, help them in 24/7 store robberies, attend global calls and protect the other leaders while they’re doing such events, promotion ceremony, driving around the country (Soldiers will help to make a convoy for the leaders to make sure that they’re more than safe), etc.…
2.C. In the recent terms I have not seen NG that much active, I will be doing open recruitments weekly and I will be making sure NG has good numbers + experience at any time, I plan to introduce SASD and other departments and make NG more active and make departments more responsible so they can respond quickly , all departments will be having a deputy who look upon them to see if they are doing good or not . A Separate bonus system would be introduced to encourage and pay people for their efforts that are they are putting in; promotion ceremonies will be held weekly!
3.I’ll always be providing ammo runs for the other orgs, also, I’ll always have some units ready for any hard situation on the country, not going to forget about always having units in the prime time of the FZ raid, and if other orgs need our help with something we can help, we will it will be always our pleasure to help them, also attending events, prison protection, bank protection, aircraft carrier, etc.….
In addition, I’ll have divisions in the National Guard, Air Force Division, Crew Resource Management, Military Police, Recruiting Command, and Military Special Reaction Team.
