Bianca was born in Florence in old noble family Pellegrini which owned coffee roasting company. Earliest memories of her childhood are smell of coffee and fresh oil paint in her mother’s art studio. Her mother was leader of humanitarian organization and local artist. Her father was director of private investigation company. He cared very much about family's reputation, name and respect so he raised his children strictly, to follow rules and be respectful. While his other children in the end rebelled against father in some way, Bianca had personality like her father. She understood value of knowing when to say right words and staying calm. Her father very often brought her to work where she learned a lot about disguise and body language. He also trained her memory for details, such as clothing, accessory that people are wearing, so even from far away she easily recognize people that are wearing some unique clothing or hairstyle.
On her 17th birthday she got little mint colored Vespa from her father. Driving on outskirts of Florence made her fell in love with motorbikes. It allowed her to run away from daily tasks and troubles for a moment.
Right after that summer, she moved to Bologna and started studying medical biotechnology. Although intriguing field, process to discover, analyze, … was slow. She would follow all steps, measure everything precisely, take notes, wait for hours or even days for results from experiment to come back, usually inconclusive. There was just too much gray area, way too much room for mistakes, too much variables. So she decided she needs field that is black and white with strict rules so she transferred to law school. She enjoyed reading old case files, they were intriguing, complicated, dramatic,... and soon she realized, if you are just smart enough, you can play by rules and take advantage from them. If you dance on that thin grey line, you can achieve many things.
On last year of college she moved to Washington where she finished her legal education. She missed Florence, family and even her Vespa so when she saw few beautiful pictures of scenery in Los Santos that resembled Italy, she knew this was place for her. Bianca bought a house, new bike and continued her legal career in Department of Justice in Los Santos.
After months of legal work in Department of Justice, Bianca slowly climbed legal ladder. Doesn't mater whether she won or lost case, she took it as one good experience. As work got a bit slower, and being surrounded with old friends Bianca decided that it's perfect time to marry again. And then one night became whole rollercoaster of emotions. She got engaged to Baracus Romero and she became Supreme Court Justice.
During those days living in the city became quite dangerous. Gangs were gaining power, terrorist attacks and kidnapping were daily occurrence. Although she knew in her heart that violence couldn't be ended with violence, she also knew that she should learn to protect herself. Biggest reality check was when she returned back from DOC prison and within few minutes a dozen of people surrounded her family house. They've followed her. Her family and herself had to flee because they were greatly outnumbered. So Bianca bought a gun which she carries in her purse since then.
All those years in Los Santos started to creep onto her. Bianca was exhausted. With her hair going grey and being financially stable, she retired. She retired with rest of her family in their Uber Black retirement home up in Richman. After returning to work in government for a short time, her husband decided that time has come for him to run for governor. Campaign was stressful, long, but with help of whole family T.H.E party won. Back as Supreme Court Judge and First Lady of state, Bianca is ready more than ever to implement new laws in the city.
