I was at subs, I got killed but I could've easily been patched up and this cop mercy killed me. (The chief of staff of LSPD) this won't set a good example for the people he is supposed to be leading and I think he deserves punishment as he couldve ended a lot of possible RP situations

In 3-4 minutes he couldn't be rescued by any of his gang members, plus I am not helping him to avoid any situation, I would be even happier to get him in jail (What gods told us it's preferably not to do so). That is basically what we do in scripted events (Either finishing or left unconscious) out of respect for the event. To make it fair for both sides because when we die they can't revive us and rob us or take us as a hostage (What gods previously told us).

That guy understood Mercy Killing the other way around. It is when one of his members finishes him so he won't go to jail (That's what they actually do all the time tho)

It is called "Mercy" killing, as LSPD officer I have no interest or intention to have any mercy on that guy.
