Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)



1. I want to become leader of NG because i have the necessary leadership skills required to lead an organization and in recent terms i have seen that the recent terms were not so successful due to lack of experience and knowledge I came into this community since make of Server 3 & started working in Leo Orgs Like NG, GOV, SAHP, LSPD, EMS I've come to realize that there people get rewarded easily and get promoted without any skills or knowing Rules. I can easily handle any hard situation in calm easier way and also, I believe a Leader should always be friendly to his colleagues and teach them the rules and regulations if they do wrong so they know rules and the org runs smoothly and should always stand with them no matter what situation or circumstance it is.



2. As I talked earlier i have been a part of the organization too, I have seen favoritism giving friends high ranks doing and knowing nothing even the rules and giving leaders to the one who doesn’t have required skills whether its ic or ooc I understand that the leader should be who leads the colleagues and give them the required respect and gives the responsibility accordingly.



3. In the recent terms i have not seen NG that much active + i have seen ng not doing good because of lack of knowledge Ramming and doing wrong departments, i will be doing open recruitments weekly and i will be making sure NG has good numbers + experience at any time, i plan to introduce New departments and make NG more active and make departments more responsible so they can respond quickly , all departments will be having a deputy who look upon them to see if they are doing good or not . A Seperate bonus system would be introduced to encourage and pay people for their efforts that are they are putting in, promotion ceremonies will be held weekly!

I will add more OOC questions in National Guard Joining Application to avoid mistakes which lead to Organization Warns.

I will not allow any Organization Hopper to Join as they destroy Pure RP!

NG will do patrolling with other Organizations so that the state of los santos be safe and look more active.

I will make interview a bit difficult so that we get quality soldiers.

Departments

Recruitment and Retention - Under this division is the two regiments "Recruitment" and "Military Police". R&R's job to recruit, train and keep up the standards of the National Guard personnel as well as make sure that nothing goes wrong and rectify it if it does. The MPs also go out looking for people that have gone AWOL and bring them to military court for a hearing.

US Marshals - Introducing a new division to the National Guard which is "US Marshals". Their job is to gather intelligence, collaborate with LSPD, SAHP and FIB to gather information on people, gangs and mischievous families and bring them to justice. They patrol our Economic Influence Zone and keep an eye on what is going on in and around our base. The US Marshals can also be utilized to transport criminals back and forth from DOC and Court.

CRM - The Division is the "Combat Rescue Medics" . The CRMs jobs are to ensure we are all fit and healthy, providing medical support to troops and folk in need.

Air Force - Keeping the National Guard in the skies. Their job is to ensure our pilots are fully trained and that all personnel are combat ready to deploy by parachuting down onto targets. They provide a unique advantage by allowing quick transportation of a large group of response teams to any situation. And they will scout every 30 minutes above base for scouting.

IA- Internal Affairs “IA” Keeping the National Guards Safe From Internal Matters And Solving Any issues from any one’s mistakes and help them solve the matter.

Black Commandos- Black Commandos Is a Special Units Who is going To quick respond to the Global Emergencies and help other orgs solving it.

also lying about experience lol, I know for a fact I didnt make you a major general and there was only 2 terms with a Major general rank, (Max Pluxury and Shabah Verlice)
