= I have been in server for like around 80 days and i have tried most of the things which are available as in a normal players aspect which is working as a farmer, fire fighter, trucker, EMS, FIB, USSS and Gangs. And now I want to become an admin so that i can help people if they were really in need of a admin to help them and as we know the GRP is reaching around 1000+ people everyday but there are some people who are not doing rp properly or don't even know what rp is, so i want to help those peoples out. I do understand that being an admin is an important role in the server, but a bit of fun and a good admin can really improve the server gameplay experience for both new players and existing players. Seeing the server grow everyday because of the vast majority of new players joining lit a fire inside me to want to reach out to these new players and say "Hey, I'm an admin, if you need any help, I'm there for you". I would do the same as well if I am working with new admins.

I really want to become an admin to be able to help this city, I really like helping and guiding people and have been doing RP for the past 5 years and a FiveM developer for 2 years. I feel with my experience I can help resolve RP situations and I know the RP rules very well. I know how to deal with stressful situations and am respectful to everyone no matter what. I really want to take the next step and help out everyone in the city. I currently help people out when they first come in the server, if that means starter money or helping them learn the rules, I will help them. I've been in this city for a while and know the stress that comes on admins and if not enough is online, I am in the perfect timezone between the Indian morning and the late American night. I have seen that admins need extra help and I'm here to help!

If im going to be totally honest, I have been going through the city RP'ing with the legal side and illegal side and have done so much RP now. I feel I have experienced every side of RP and want to step away and help people with their RP. I'm really not here for the grand coins to be honest, I am just here for the experience and helping people.

With my strengths, I can go on about how I feel I do well, but talking to other people and getting what they think here is what I have.

I get the message through to people, I make sure someone understands what I'm telling them in a nice and civil way
I know the rules very well and understand them extensively
I am fluent in English, and I know some Italian, Hindu, Spanish, and French
I am a helping person and will devote my time to helping others
I am very active in the right times, for example, I am usually keeping my legal org in line when all high command are offline in the 4 - 5 hour cap where no one is online.

My greatest weakness would be over-explaining and getting a bit hyper sometimes.

• I want to become an admin to help people who are new arrivals. I see the number of players growing drastically, and I see the overwhelming amount of mistakes are be done by players where I would like to tell them what mistake there are doing and I acknowledge the amount of time and effort needed to keep the community strong and deliver a great and fair service as quickly and as reliable as possible.
• Help people by letting them to do a quality RP, so they get a better playing experience on the server, punish people who don't follow the rules and help people who are getting RDM'ed, VDM'ed... etc
• I'll be not discriminate between friends and other player and wont give partial judgement/punishment.
• Because I'm active, I know the rules, I play fair, I'm nice to people who are nice to me , I would always take tickets/calls first over RP, just like picking recruits first. I always give fair punishments, depending on the situation (Ofcourse I will use the set punishments as standard). Staff always interested me because It's fun to be able to help people and keep the RP going and Set in place the Rule Breakers. I will be dedicated as a staff member, I take it seriously. I want to become an administrator because I feel like throughout my time I have familiarized myself with the rules very well, as I have 0 admin logs. I have always found myself helping new players learn the rules, show them around the city and such, and I feel like as an admin I can help guide more of them in the right way easier.
