1) he was icked from gov due to many reasons and he joined fib the same day he was kicked and he didnt waited for 7 days as its a rule

2) his ooc age is not sufficent to join any legal ogs

3) i reported to fib hc he changed his name to manuplate officers

4) this is his second account first account got banned due to many rule breaks and using 1st id proofs to get rank in 2nd id
