Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 26264, 77178 and 68534 will be punished for GR 6.15
  
  When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
  
  
  From the POVs provided, it is clear that there were no demands given.
  
  The POV provided by ID 68534 does not show the situation that occurred (before and during the robbery).
  No POV was provided from ID 77178 and 26264.
  
  As for ID 36947, it doesn't seem intentional as you were robbing in the middle of the road. Thus, the chances of you getting hit by a car would be increased.
  
  To address ID 24960, player does have a crosshair - however it is small. The muzzle flare when the gun shoots + the bullet tracer are from normal GTA.
