As you can see, firstly he closed the thread after the FIB people posted the POV because of which we were not able to post the POV to support our statement.
secondly, he didn't even bothered to asked for the further POV from our side to clarify the whole situation and simply rejected the thread on the basis of incomplete evidence provide by the legals .

Here is the POV from one of my friend ID : 13698
as you can see we just asked FIB officer to pullover but he didn't listened to our demands till the admin showed up in-between the situation. Even after this one of them just ran away while we asked them to pullover.

In the second POV you can see,
1) We held the FIB officer as hostage while he claimed that he was never a hostage.
2) Before this all of sudden from no where FIB officer in jugular came and started shooting without giving any warning from highway at the very start of the POV his ID is 25561 and 65133
3) As per his statement and the pov he claimed he didn't had any gun pointed on him, but from my friend's pov you can clearly see that we had enough pointed on him while he started running after hopping out of the vehicle.
4) One last point, under the given thread FIB claimed that itachi asked them to continue the RP but as per provided evidence itachi never asked us to continue the RP, instead he himself said RP is over.

Hence you can see, Avi Pluxury made an unfair decision on the basis of lack of evidence and he didn't even asked for the complete pov for whole situation from FIB.

1.Decision was taken after the evidence was provided from both the sides involved in the situation
2. If the POV of the full situation Was not provided from the player who made the complaint it already gets rejected on the basis of Insufficient evidence just like how it was rejected right now after reviewing the evidence from both the sides.

1) You just took a decision on the basis of half of the POV, as you can clearly see in the hostage's pov that shots came from other side including mine and further you didn't asked any of us or Leo's to upload the whole pov of the situation so that you can get to know who started shooting at first place.
2) Even we were about to post more evidence but you right away locked the thread after FIB provided incomplete evidence of the whole situation, as i know they are the one who are defending themselves so they have to provide the complete evidence not us.
3) As per i know if the player does not upload the full pov of the situation admin's can ask for complete pov of it, but you didn't even bothered to go further and straight away rejected it.

Here is the screenshot of my friend who even asked you to unlock it so that he can provide the Pov of whole situation from his side and you didn't replied here too.

I was also there in the situation from the start and I see that eternal was a hostage and then ellen LEADER of FIB saw that they have one of the agents as a hostage they still decided to shoot. I will share my pov with higher admins

After reading and re-checking every POV the decision should be taken in a different way. Because there was already a POV provided, we assumed thats the only POV you guys had and since DM's are really hard to follow sometimes because we get tons of them everyday we assumed that we can end the thread and after that decision was taken on. After discussing with other curators about the original situation and watching all the POV's we have decided to give a warning to FIB.
P.S. - Please next time provide the POVs in the thread immediately so we don't have this confusion again.
