i shot once and once only due to a muckle spasm i could understand if i shot multiple times or to kill but i didn't it was a simple accident due to me pressing the wrong button .

Taking out the gun as soon as you saw the sahp vest and shooting him? How do we know its muscle spasm?! To me it's clearly a case of GR 6.15
