Rejected RDM for nothing | ID 6923

I was leaving the beach peacefully minding my own business, as I leave this gentlemen(ID#6923) decides to crash into me at the intersection, I dont let it bother me and I keep driving, I then turn right and he follows while yelling " why you crash into me? STOP!!" I need gas in my car and so I have no choice but to stop. I get out and he stops beside me and so I try and calm him down I said, " i didnt crash into you calm down" while walking up to his window like a mature person. I turn around because I need to go in my trunk to put gas, as I do so I see his shotgun come out and he kills me.
