its a long situation, but believe me you will have lots of fun while watching this reviewing admin.
the situation began at 3:50 in POV as i felt there is something weird (i saw some one released on bail a 10-15) but i put the whole situation just to let you know how i reached the DOC.

my notes: how is that possible to consider the word (how the f*ck should i know if he is the governor without seeing his Passport) as a Professional misconduct
also how a LEO can arrest another LEO from another org for this!
second Note: at 6:25 he(ID 1425) put me in hand cuffs and told me he is detaining me for failure to identify!
how is that possible when i already gave my ID to governor (already identified my self) + when he asked me to let him see my ID, i told him let me finish my talk with the governor first!
which a Fail RP (i already identified my Self) + its a corruption as he is detaining and arresting someone for no reason! (you can hear what he said to me why he is arresting me "Failure to identify")
about ID: 13752 , he did mixing by telling the ID 1425 that he cant grab me by arm and talk in the radio at the same time
plus he did fail RP as he didnt identify him self at beginning, joking and laughing, allowed the SAHP to continue by his mistake while he as the governor is the upper hand and can prevent this, also he didnt mind that SAHP to detain me and move me from his face while im talking to him!
also for being part of the situation and approved it, so you are participating in the corruption which is 6.4 for the ID 13752 + he did blacklisted me in weird way for a weird reason ( ordered the LSPD to blacklist me + blacklisted me Globally for 14 days, and dont ask me why)
and he was talking about the lawyer license which i got from the last government term ( i was the USSS director and i got my exam for that license ) as its invalid + he want to arrest me for refusing the executive orders which i already didnt hear any thing about it and no body told me anything about it also i didnt use my lawyer license so how is that a crime to have it!
he mentioned that he told people at gov discord, so how ill know this while after each term the discord got wiped and he cant mention any body used to be in gov there.
all what ID 13752 did goes under Corruption !
About ID 1425 as he has corruption bio, he didnt tell in the outcomes he can detain/arrest LEOS for no reason or for a fake reasons
about this person also he arrested an SAHP officer today after this situation for (Professional misconduct) because he asked for a transfer from the SAHP to LSPD XD

the last sus ID: 11287
this person he played the role of state lawyer
the corruption word made for this person,
its clear in the POV that he is corrupt
but ill mention an extra thing,
as a lawyer he must review the evidence of the arresting officer,
all what he did, he checked for the validity of the bodycam, took a look for the first minute of the POV until he reached the part of what i said about (how the f*ck should i know.....) and he didnt continue the evidence and let that SAHP process me for that. he didnt see him putting me in cuffs, and saying to me for what he is detaining me!
in my eyes, detaining someone for failure to identify while he already did identify him self is a big corruption and the suspect must be released immediately !

So please request the POVs from players were in this situation, i want to know why did they do that.

ah i forgot to mention something,
at the beginning he told me he is arresting me for failure to identify
while we are inside lawyer room, he said he is arresting me for corruption and failure to identify and Professional misconduct
at the end he told me that he is arresting me for Professional misconduct and not following executive orders
and what he did by his PDA
he put me on wanted list for Professional misconduct + failure to identify
is this person okay ?

Everyone who has Incomplete Immunity (Impartial Immunity) or Full Immunity is classified by Code of Procedures which is carried out by the Federal investigations Bureau, your LSPD chief requested only 3 people to be classified, The following people that was requested to be classified was the Chief of Police and both Deputy Chief of Police.

Read State laws before claiming you have immunity, if you wasn't classified, you don't hold any form of immunity.

Your also screaming at the governor and the Undersheriff, which is professional Miss conduct

As well when liam also asked for your id, you refused to show him your id, which is still Failure to Identify

Also its not Powergaming to talk in a radio while dragging someone, as your dragging them with ONE ARM, and using the radio with your OTHER ARM, learn how to Roleplay before complianing about FailRP/Powergaming/Mixing

Also Non-RP Chat shoulnt be mentioned in RP chat or in RP Voice Chat, so nice Mixing.


Also if the situation occured by you seeing Lawyers releasing on bail, its all IC when seeing on the left eye, as all leos get notified about inmates being released on bail via their PDAs

as you are an FIB HC you should know that, there is a difference between classification and immunity !
to be classified its about your information to be hidden, and its a choice not a must to be classified XD
on the other hand, the immunity related to the position it self! even if i didnt request my information being classified by the FIB
imagine me arresting the governor at his first day because his info has not been classified yet XD

anw second thing, about me screaming on the governor, since i dont know he is the governor, because no ID was given to me,

i was speaking with the "governor" i gave him my ID, but that SAHP officer put him self in the middle of the situation with no reason,
even that, i told the SAHP let me finish with the governor, and when he asked me again(if i will not let him see the ID) i told him ofc which means i will let him see it,
also is it a failure to identify while i already gave my ID to his friend "the governor" 5 seconds ago ?

the last thing, i want to see what you gonna say about the governor giving me extra 7 days blacklist Globally + blacklist from the lawyers + extra charges for having lawyer license XD
and about the corrupt state lawyer ?
you are so funny guys, i feel the curators must take interview for every single HC in the Legal Orgs, as im sure half of you will fail

PDA is OOC information, Classification is given through the PDA by the FIB Deputy Director and Director, Classifications was brought into IC as a way to mark people who hold immunity as People with Impartial Immunity and Full Immunity cannot be fined, or have their cars towed, and cannot be arrested without going through an Immunity board to revoke said immunity, (Immunity board is made up of all state org leaders + the Attorney General) it is up to the leaders of each org to determine who they want to give immunity based on legislation and whom they can trust with said immunity, and your state org leader clearly didn't trust a Supervisor with immunity (not to mention a supervisor isn't even given immunity in the first place)

Please Read the Rules and State Legislation before trying to make forums.

State Rule 6.10 PDA is counting as an OOC information. In case if you found a wanted criminal and want to arrest him , you have to ask him to show his passport for identifying.(In case if he refused to show passport, state employees have all rights to arrest him for identifying)

Yes im an okay person thanks for OOC insults, my guy judge changed ur sentence I have to comply with supreme court
