LEOs are not allowed to confiscate anything from you, because before you go through the procedure with the lawyer it's not guaranteed that you will get a prison term and get your items confiscated.

Second, this is UB/FailRP: Bro you are inside the DOC, even if there is only one officer what was your plan? Kill him and get stuck in that room forever? You are already inside the prison, there is nothing you can do that can help you until you receive your sentence.
