Hello, I hope this is ok in two seperate videos as its quicker to get uploaded.
Firstly, As you can see in POV 1, I am being robbed, i am looking around me at the license plate of the black jugular, once been robbed etc iv ran off after complying with their demands.
POV 2 | A few minutes later after me running and being picked up by my guys and then them fighting with the family who robbed me, as seen a black jugular pulls up and you can see I am looking at the license plate, at the time I believed this to be the license plate but wasn't 100% sure, so I asked him if he could step out, I was going to ask him to take his mask off to see if its the same face of the guy who robbed me without a mask, As seen he did not care for people with guns pointed and said "no" and drove off, this gave me more suspicion that it was the guy.
Upon reviewing my bodycam it turns on the license plate is different, so this is my mistake, but an IC mistake at that I believe.
I believe I had a valid IC reason to ask him to step out of the vehicle, with the reasons being, he is in the area of the crime committed, also in the same vehicle as the people who robbed me and at the time another reason was I thought it was the same license plate. I did not go all guns blazing, I was carefully looking at the car before hand.
Also I would like to add- I have trained myself over my time in RP, to not look at peoples IDs above their head, if I had done this, I would of clearly known he wasn't part of the robbing, but I do not notice peoples IDs above their head.
I also believe FAIL RP on his behalf based off my own POV and his own POV, that situation could of made for some good RP in my opinion, but I believe that driving off and saying "no" and trying to drive off, after being asked to step out with multiple LEOS around him with guns, is refusal to engage in RP.
