In pov with object permanence in mind just because you cant see him here doesnt mean for his point you are still a model hiding behind a small pole, your arms are sticking out and youre not moving so its an easy shot from high ground.
Could be getting shot from any angle as its a roof and lots of high places on the tracks and street side.
