Rejected Punching in Green Zone | ID 28161

I was random punched by ID 28161 went after him, asked him why and he talked shit so i asked him to come out of green zone
Than instead of fighting me like a men he puts Handcuffs on me and keep hitting me ( I only recorded a small part of it)
I understand that my POV doesn't shows the Random Punching title, It only shows briefly the Handcuffs part out of green zone
I was chatting with Admin Faisal Ninja and was advised to upload the POV anyway for you to decide.
I was about to drop the Random Punching complain, That was before he used the Handcuffs on me. TY
