As You Can see i got demorgan for this forum but i wanna ask something that everyone knows that everytime police or sahp takes route 68 for doc but how he know i am at highway clearly meta gaming and as you can see when he is giving demands to me for pull over at that time in his jugular there are 3 guys and in his another zentorno only guy (00:25) so why should i do pull over coz they need 4 peoples in 2 cars clearly mass rule break by marabunta and i got wrong punishment hope for your positive reply!!!!

There is no proof that they're doing meta gaming, they may hunting for hostage on the highway.
When pulling someone over they need 4 people and 2 cars it doesn't mean 2 in each car, they can sit 3 in one car and 1 in one car and still you need to pull over other wise it is considered as PG.​
