Dear Admins,

I am writing to address an issue that has arisen regarding a violation of GR 1.7, which pertains to the transfer of more than 5 million cash in a single day. I must take responsibility for this violation, as I received a gift of over 5 million cash from a friend who goes by the name of "Mag Dump". The transfer was intended to be shared among some of his friends who still reside within the city, but unfortunately, I overlooked a prior transfer of $32 from a family friend, which placed me in violation of the aforementioned rule.

I would like to express my sincere apologies for my actions and assure you that it was never my intention to breach any rules or regulations. I recognize that it is crucial to abide by the policies set forth by the relevant authorities to maintain the integrity and fairness of the system. I understand the importance of complying with all guidelines and regulations and the consequences of failing to do so. Therefore, I would like to request your understanding and leniency in this matter.

I hope that you can consider my situation and find a way to rectify the issue. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Hello, Sorry for any issues this may have caused. I just wanted to state that it was a surprise gift that he was not really made aware of and I did not do my part by either contacting him prior to see if he had made any transactions or if he had received and funds prior to me sending the Money. I was in a rush to leave the server and was kind of not thinking of how it may affect the other party. If there is any way to change the out come of todays events so that I take the punishment I would like to do so. I fee that what happened was my fault and not His, And the feel the punishment is fair that it should be on me. Sorry to Tamer for the issues this may have cause and I apologize for not following the servers rules but am willing to take the blame on this one if possible.
