i have my acc in en2 and i forgot password but it say wrong email i enter right email

I can't reset my password from en01 after clicking on forgot password it shows instructions have been sent to your Gmail but I don't receive anything I have checked Gmail it is correct now how can I get my account pls help me

I'm having same issue but wanting English 3 instead lol . But it won't let me register or anything and tried the others day but still nothing. Could I maybe get some help please if possible

iv just made account and when trying to log in to authorization it says you have entered the wrong data I'm using the same email i got the confirmation email too and im useing the right password and iv tried to reset my password but it say I'm using the wrong data again

please help
