Rejected i think there is a mistake by taking me to tha jail

there is Admin Emad Kamado, i was riding my car going back to my home then i have been finished by one of the team of Emad Kamado admin after lefting me for a while some of the team come to heal me and then he told me with a very bad way (fuckin hands up, or put your fuckin hands up ) somthing like this i asked the officer why , for what al of them keep tell me bad words with hands up i'm new at this game i'm still learning not understanding everything so i think this is not a good way to deal with the new players.
so, i do need to remove the warning i think this is a big move or step to take with me in a situation like this i heared that 3 warnings and i will be banded and i think it must be taken for only emergency situations not like mine. so please help me with this.
