Hey there fella! I know on those cop shows it may be shoot first ask questions later but I do believe our friendings in the poolice work a bit differently. I think they have a few steps to arresting people and you and your buddies may have missed out on a few slightly important steps there especially the step that says not to revive a unconscious man just to murder him again.
