Asked him to not run, since I had a heavy shotgun aimed at him. Put my gun away, uncuffed, pulled gun out and aimed. Then he just starts to run, does weird UB movement and dives in the sea. Breaking all RP there was.

He started to run when there was no threat to his life, and once you pulled out your gun he was already running. You can't stop him from running if you are just chasing him, doesn't matter if you are shooting at him or not. People run away from cops when they are being shot at all the time so all good with RP as well. Lastly, no UB movement, he just runs. Even speedboosting doesn't count as anything UB, so running in zigzags is nothing major.

No offense or anything, just sharing my opinion basing it on a few facts.

Lets let admins decide, idk, thats why i posted it as well. At the end of the day it was a life or death situation. Which turned to a running situation.
